Web Design and Web Development

We design W3c standards compliant websites that we test on 4 major browsers to check for consistency. We do not use templates as we believe in creating unique pieces of work for each unique client. We optimise our pages for search engines (SEO) so that our clients can appear high up in google and other search engines.

We use popular, well supported technologies to ensure that the vast majority of your audience can enjoy the websites we make. These technologies we use include xHTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP and MySQL, but if a project requires a specific technology we can adopt these as our programming background helps us transfer our knowledge between languages.

Graphic Design and Print

We also offer the option of designing posters, business cards, leaflets and logos for our customers. We are very proficient with the Adobe Creative Suite set of tools, meaning that we can use Illustrator to design a logo, Indesign to create leaflets and Photoshop to create impressive posters and graphics.

Software and Database Systems

Software is so important in modern businesses, and most of the time a generic package is easily sufficient. If we think that you can implement a system that uses these cheaper alternatives we will tell you, we're not here to rip you off. However setting up a complicated Excel spreadsheet may be hard for novice computer users, so we will can help you get started.

We can also use Database Management Systems to help you improve your companies efficiency. Even though Access is easy to use creating a correctly structured database is very important. We create fully normalised relational databases using either software packages or bespoke DDL/SQL code.

If the project is complicated enough to justify a unique software system, then we have to structure in place to implement it. We use VB.Net to create Windows based systems and Java to create systems that run on multiple platforms. If the internet will also be linked in we will use PHP. We use the Object Oriented model, as this allows us to create modern, reliable and expandable systems.
